- Your donation may have been made directly to the charity instead of a specific campaign benefitting the charity
- Your donation may have accidentally been made to a different team member
- Your donation may be on the correct campaign but lost in the donation scroll because it's received such a high volume of donations
- Your donation may have accidentally been marked as anonymous at checkout so it's there, but your name isn't visible
- Your donation may have failed
