If you receive your check from Network for Good...
Network for Good issues checks to the Main Address listed on a charity's GuideStar profile.
To change the address listed for your nonprofit on GuideStar, Click Here or contact their Support Here for assistance. Updates to that form will be shared with CrowdRise and Network for Good for future payments.
Checks that were previously sent to an incorrect address can be canceled and reissued, by request, once the address has been updated. The first check reissue will be sent at no cost to the charity. Subsequent reissues may incur a fee which will be deducted from the check before it is forwarded.
If you receive your check from WePay...
- Log in to WePay Here
- Click the gear-shaped icon labeled "Settings"
- Click "Withdrawals"
- Click the blue "Change" button
- Change the "Where should we send the check?" dropdown to "add new address"
- Enter the required info and click "Save"
