What is PayPal Giving Fund?
PayPal Giving Fund is a grant-giving IRS-registered 501(c)(3) public charity (Federal Tax ID: 45-0931286) that makes online giving a part of everyday e-commerce activity. They do this by enabling donors to support their favorite causes across a number of platforms. PayPal Giving Fund receives donations from users as charity of record on these platforms and provides the donation receipt to donors. They then grant the funds to donor-recommended charities.
