To change the administrator of a nonprofit account on CrowdRise there are a few options:
1. If the current admin is still with the organization, have them Contact Us using the email address connected to the nonprofit account and confirm the name and email address of the person they would like to transfer the account to.
2. If the current admin is no longer with the organization, someone can send over confirmation of this change via an official nonprofit email address. The domain of the email address should match the domain of the organization's main website. Example: YOURNAME@NONPROFIT.ORG
3. If there is no official organization email, please Email Us any additional confirmation that you work with the nonprofit. Your letter of determination, a dated company ID card, or current meeting minutes with your name included will help verify your affiliation. If we require any additional information, we will let you know.
